Mission Statement

The Mission of the Small Christian Communities is to provide support for small faith groups.

What is This Ministry About?

There are many small faith-sharing groups in our parish. Small Christian Communities provide materials and support for those small groups. They continue meeting past Lent, by researching and purchasing sample copies of material and books available for small faith groups. We also provide a way to order the material.

Small Christian Communities maintains a small area in the Lending Library that groups can visit if they want to look at the material that is available to them.

How Can One Become Involved in This Ministry?

Volunteers are needed for three to four hours a year who are willing to research in order to find the appropriate material for small faith groups and to maintain the lending library area. No meetings are required!
