Who May Volunteer to Help in This Ministry? You do not need to be a nurse to volunteer. Nurses are needed but all parishioners are welcome to participate in the Health Ministry. There are many activities and tasks for both those with a medical background and those without. Anyone from a mature teen to elderly can be useful in this rewarding ministry. Some of the non-medical tasks include: restocking the care notes which is a weekly task or checking and replenishing the first aid kits.
